  • Backpacks must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Process:

  • Email us at support@balolife.store with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will send you instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

Refund Process

Return Shipping:

  • Typically, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
  • If applicable, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 24 hours), you will get a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the return.
  • Please allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.
