- Backpacks must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Process:
- Email us at support@balolife.store with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
Refund Process
Return Shipping:
- Typically, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
- If applicable, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label.
Return Confirmation:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), you will get a confirmation email.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying the return.
